Version 1.2.2 — A clean quit, and a rundown output

• Fixed an intermittent crash on quit. NDI senders were left running while the process was already tearing itself down, so the crash landed inside the NDI library with nothing of PlayGrid's on the stack. Senders are now closed first.
• A project that cannot be read at launch is no longer replaced by an empty one. PlayGrid comes up with blank channels only when there is genuinely no project to open; if one exists but cannot be read, autosave is held back instead of writing over it, and every autosave now keeps the previous copy beside it.
• New: Rundown output. A 16:9 picture of one channel's running order — what is on air with its countdown, and what is queued next, following your cursor — to drop into whatever multiviewer you already use. Settings → Rundown, out over NDI, SDI or a window.
